Article Draft

This is my draft for my interview article for my double page spread. 

From no where this girl has come from. One year ago she was a normal girl working in her local cafe down the road. Now, she is on the road to becoming an international superstar! Here we interview the amazing singer and song writer Libby and ask her how she has rose to fame!

So... hows life at the moment?

Well things are pretty busy at the moment. I've been doing so much promotion for my second album which will be realised later this month.

Wow. Have people started treating you differently?

I get noticed everywhere. It's a strange feeling. It will definitely take some getting used to. I can pop round to the shops and end up not coming back for hours on end.

What is that like?

It's ok. I love my fans and would be nothing without them. They are the reason I am here today. I would do anything for them as I have them all the thank for my success. Honestly, it's so unexpected. 

Hows the album coming along? 
It's coming along great just about finished it. I'm so excited to hear what my fans think of the album. It took a lot of time and effort but I have loved every minute of creating this wonderful album. I want to share my music with the world.

Thats good to hear! What inspired you to write it? 
Well ever since I was little I have wanted to sing. My fans are my inspiration. I would be nothing without them. Like nothing at all. I wish I could say thank you to them all, as every single one of them is great.

You're too cute! Whats your favorite song on the album?

I love them all. But my personal favorite has to be love is long. It has a lot of meaning behind and was very emotional to write. Sometimes my own lyrics make me cry. It has a very personal touch to it and therefore it's extra special! 

We love the album! Did you ever think you'd make it?

To be honest no never. For me fame doesn't bother me. I just write music and that's it however it is great that I get to share it with the world.

Thats great! What are your plans for the rest of the year?

I have such a busy year ahead. I'm planning to go on tour and just share my sounds with the world. I just want to travel and perform. What could be better?

What artist do you compare yourself to?

I would like to say that no one is like me however I love the music of Taylor Swift and Gabriella Aplin they are huge inspirations to me. They have beautiful voices and are absolute perfection. Of course there is Adele as well she is a huge inspiration to me. I mean her songs bring me to tears

Where do you see yourself in 2 years?

I see myself performing around the world and hopefully doing another album and just getting myself out there and showing the world my music. All I want to do is sing, singing is my passion and I hope to do that until I am old and grey.
